Cancellation Policy
Our appointments are confirmed via email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or fail to cancel at all i.e. "No Show".
